NEIPA stole our hearts while we were walking a bike trail in Jacksonville Florida while on vacation. She was being walked by a shelter volunteer the day she left paw prints on my heart. My husband and I stopped to pet her and instantly fell in love with this one eared pibble with scars all over her face and legs. I gave her a kiss we started to walk away, about 30 seconds later I stopped and turned around and at that point so did our girl. I said to my husband that's it she is coming home with us. Long story short after faith found her an amazing foster family, two months later we drove to Jax and rescued our girl and brought her home. She has had a tough 5 years of life, now it is her time to be queen and live her best life!
