Buddy was rescued from Helping Hounds in Syracuse, NY. He has gone from a very shy and scared pup to a lover of all people and his furry friends. We also think he may be a dingo as he came from Texas originally and will occasionally scream at the deer outside! We love him to pieces!🤍
