A little about me...
Sylvie was rescued in northern Canada. She was a free roaming dog, emaciated and knocking on death's door when she approached a community member and asked for help. They fed her, gave her some water then she disappeared. The next day she returned with two relatively healthy puppies. She had given them everything she had, then sought help. She and her puppies were nursed back to health, and she was transported south, outside of Toronto, to a foster home where I adopted her. Now she lives the good life with her humans and fellow pack mates. Pictured above is her now and when she was originally rescued. Dogs are amazingly resilient animals, they just need a chance.
