“Porter” was raised as a service dog for a Navy veteran, but found himself in foster care when his owner passed away. He had gained a lot of weight during the time his owner was ill, and had been diagnosed with epilepsy prior to that. His medications made it difficult for him to walk. He needed a forever home that could provide the exercise, medical care and love he needed. He is now in great shape after getting regular walks; his seizures are well managed with medication.
