Taloolah was a feral cat I fed at the high school where I taught. She came for the food, but wouldn't let me near her. She started flirting with me, though, sitting up on the drinking fountain and looking at me, really making eye contact. When the winter holiday approached, I couldn't bear the thought of leaving her for several weeks without food, so I decided to trap her and bring her home. She went for the trap within 5 minutes! She adjusted quickly to being a pampered housecat. Today she is the friendliest of my cats. Everyone loves her!
