Cam was rescued as a puppy from a puppy mill litter deemed “too old to sell.” His litter came to Stop The Suffering sick with parvo, malnourished, and unloved. We took him and his brother in “as fosters” to see if getting a puppy would be right for us. Less than two weeks later, we knew we couldn’t let him go. He has come so far since being the sick little puppy he was. He’s brave and goofy and so lovable. Cam has never met an enemy (if you don’t count the Rudolph decoration on our street) and loves to play fetch and tug of war. He loves the water and balls and can play for hours before snuggling up as close as he can get without being under your skin. Every food is his favorite food and socks are his favorite toy. He has come such a long way from the sickly little puppy we took in and he makes our lives brighter every day. He greets everyone he meets with the most love and excitement. We should all try to look at the world the way Cam does.
