I was five weeks old when rescued — I was the only kitten with my mom when we were found living inside pipes on a commercial business property. I initially tested FLV-positive but my re-test a few weeks later was negative.

I have Ducky and I love to carry him around the house. My new mom said he kept me from missing my first mom, who was also rescued. I learned how to shake hands, give high-fives and sit on command. Mom said I'm growing up to be a loving boy and that my story of resilience and my smarts will help give voice to other cats seeking forever families, especially black cats like me.
