Celine started life in a puppy mill in Virginia. She was rescued by Ron and Danny's rescue out of Camden, SC where she was then adopted by Ashely Hurteau Heinemann and Mun$ (yellow lab). While the transition to pampered pet was challenging Celine has embraced the good life. She spends her day on Isle of Palms serving as lead security and is a staple on the beach in the mornings in her stroller. She has two brothers, Woody, a yellow lab, and Elvis, a street rescue. She is the fiercest alpha dog in the group despite only being 5 lbs. Though she is little, her heart is almost as big as her bark. Fun fact, Celine is pictured in the Netflix documentary, Life in the Doghouse which sheds light on the importance of spay/neuter and of adopting, not shopping. She is an inspiration for all dogs in distress. Humans are still good and loving.
