Hi! I’m Howard and I’m a funny little dude! I was rescued by Three Stooges Rescue from being euthanized at Palm Beach Animal Care and Control. Reason for being sentenced to death: I snapped at someone. That’s it! I sure do love other dogs and playing with toys, and I am really sweet with people too. I am a little quirky and currently being assessed for a possible neurological issue. If I could drink beer, I’d probably have a splashing good time with it. I deserves to be the brew ambassador because I’m totally the cutest and most loving guy, and would make a great drinking buddy!
