Remi is the perfect example of why it is so important that we all adopt from our local shelters. He was dropped off to Dorchester Paws hairless, malnourished and so scared. Not even a bark came out of him for months because he was so unsure of what was to come next. But I tell you his is now the most goofiest, spoiled, sweetest boy you will ever meet. He loves to leap up high and give you (close..head-buts, haha) kisses, snuggles and all the loven possible. Pittys don’t get enough credit for their unbelievably kind and gentle nature. He loves dogs, people, kids, cats and he even will let a salamander pass him by without a flinch. I want people out there to see these kind souls should not be filling the shelters. If you give them a chance, with the right training and love, they will truly never leave your side and be the best companion you can ever have.
