My name is Toby. I was drpped off at CAS as a young puppy and then abandoned three different times all before my first yrs birthday. I was found roaming the streets again 4th of July weekend 2022. That's when my new rescuer adopted me. I am now registered with the AKC mixed breeds and hold two titles after my name. One of them being the CGC (Canine Good Citizens) title. I am now being trained as a PSD (Psychiatric Service Dog)so that I may help my humans w/silent disabilities. I've come a long way. It just goes to show you what patience, dedication, training, and a lot of love can do.
