Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for Commonhouse Aleworks Rescue Brew (from your pet's perspective)
Hi friends! My name is Henry and my mom rescued me from Charles Pinckney National Historic Site when she worked as a Park Ranger there. I was trapped in one of the park buildings without my mommy. But then a nice man named Henry found me and called my (soon to be) mom, Alex, saying that he found a cat and she needed to get there quickly. Every day since since then has been the best day ever! My life has been full of adventures, good fuuds and lots of love. Now I’ll let my mom tell you a little bit about me.

I recently lost my cat Abu to diabetes and wasn’t ready for another kitty; however knowing that black kitties have a low adoption rate I knew the shelter wasn’t an option so I made the decision to keep him. And let me tell you that was the best decision I’ve ever made. He is the spunkiest, crazy, intelligent, loving cat I have ever met. He knows his name and will come on command when called. He offers all the love despite his background. And most of all he is the best companion I could have ever dreamed of. We travel to different states together (he’s a champ when it comes to airports and cars). We go on National Park Adventures where he walks on a leash through the sites. Basically he is the best feline friend I feel so fortunate to have. This is why King Henry VIII (Henry for short) would be the perfect spokes cat for Charleston Animal Society and represent this amazing organization with poise, dignity and grace.
