My name is Athena, and I am a Pitbull/Rottie/Shar Pei mix, as far as anyone can tell. My Mom adopted me when I was almost 2 years old, from a very small rescue that a lady was running from her house. This lady had previously pulled me from a county animal shelter, where I think that I was an owner surrender. I'm not sure if I would have survived if she had not pulled me. Anyway, after this lady taught me some manners, I was ready to be adopted. My Mom fell in love with me at first sight. I think it was because of my squishy face, which is hard to appreciate in the photo. Now, my Mom and I have been together for nearly six years, and she tells me that I am the best and sweetest dog ever.
