Tell us why your pet is the best ambassador for the Palmetto Rescue Brew Beer (from your pet's perspective)
Abby was found wandering a neighborhood in Sumter and looked like she had recently had pups. She had a an old leg injury that apparently had healed over on its own which left her rear leg slightly disfigured. She had calluses (and loss of hair in certain places ) and was also missing her incisors teeth. Best guess was that she was probably a breeding dog that once she got too old for breeding, she was dumped like trash. She also was slightly heartworm positive when rescued, but after going through the slow kill method, she is now heartworm Negative!!! Yay! She was DNA tested by her new Mom and she is 1/2 lab and 1/2 poodle (so labradoodle). This picture is from when the rescue first found her. Now she goes to Sullivans Island every day and swims in the ocean with her human mom and lives the spoiled life that she deserves. Her past experience is truly only a guess (as is the case with a lot of rescues), but whatever this girl went through has not kept her from loving life and having fun. She is the sweetest dog and such a character. Please vote for Abby. She is the happiest dog and loves to give kisses and have fun. Rescues are the best!! ❤️
