I am so happy that the twins were able to go to Camp Kesem. Their mom is a cancer survivor and was told 8 years prior to their birth that she was unable to have any more children. We were so happy that she already had a beautiful son. Then 8+years later she was told that she was not only pregnant but she was pregnant with twins. The next day she and I drove to Rochester hospital to be seen by her Oncologist and gynecologist who put her in the hospital immediately and gave birth to her very premature babies about 3 weeks later. These miracles weighed in at 1 lb 5 oz and 1 lb 15oz. They remained in the hospital nicu for 5 months. They really are miracle boys along with their mother. I cry every time I tell anyone about their birth. ❤️❤️❤️
