Karter: What a wonderful boy you have become, I thank god everyday for the nurses in the NICU at Tampa General for taking care of you. Karter’s parents were so scared and the nurses, were there to relieve there anxiety and give them so much encouragement and to this day, Karter’s parents are so grateful for the work you do.
