Greetings! I’m Queen Pearl. I had a pretty good life with my first humans, but we had to split up. My current human, The Giant, fell in love with me the first time she saw my Warm Fuzzies adoption ad portrait. She came to visit and we hit it off, and I’ve run her household ever since. I’m a nice 13 lbs., as befits a Queen, but there was this really aggressive – mean really – 4 lb. bunn named Zage there. The Giant said he’d had a horrible prior home, then had lost his mate, and that if we were patient he’d come to like me. I went with that, and Zage and I became besties. Last November, Zage left us, as elderly rabbits do, and I still miss him. We’re thinking about rescuing someone new, but we’re taking our time. Say, do you have an apple slice?
