Roosevelt is a current foster at RRMN up for adoption. He has a spunky attitude and loves when the wind blows his long luscious locks. He has had a rough start to life but is currently living like a king at his foster home.

He is a master at cardboard destruction and rearranging his living space. He loves hay, veggies and pets on the head (on his terms).
