Rules

Entry, voting, and calendar sale proceeds help to support the QCAWC.
Each entry will be $10 to the QCAWC, this is an entry fee and does not include a calendar.
You may enter as many photos as you wish, no restrictions on animal species. Only ONE submission per animal.
Emphasis of the photo should be on the pets, please do not include people. Photos containing humans will not be accepted.
Photos may contain only one animal.
Photos may not be embellished with text or art and must not be copyrighted or watermarked.
Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from the QCAWC or live in the Quad Cities to be eligible to enter the contest.
Submit your photos in a JPEG, JPG, PNG, or GIF format (JPEG/PJG is the preferred form). Photos must be high resolution (300 dpi or greater).
All submitted photos are subject to review for inappropriate/offensive content (those entries will not be permitted and a refund will not be provided).
All submitted photos and information becomes the property of the QCAWC to be used at our discretion for any and all marketing purposes without any compensation.
Anyone may vote for an entry in the 2nd Annual QCAWC Pet Photo Calendar Contest Presented by Green Family Auto. Voting is $1, with the minimum of five $1 votes per animal per transaction. You may cast as many votes as you like at any time for an entry. You are allowed and encouraged to vote for your own pets.
The top 13 pet photos, who receive the highest vote count, will be the winners of the 2nd Annual QCAWC Pet Photo Calendar Contest Presented by Green Family Auto and 12 will win a featured spot on one of the monthly pages. The one photo with the most votes will be featured on our cover.
The QCAWC team members and board may enter, but are not eligible to win the calendar cover.
Entrants/winners must be 18 years old or older to enter.
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by when the photo was submitted. The win will go to the entry that was submitted first.
Entries will be accepted starting at 10:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Friday, August 30, 2024 until 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Friday, September 20, 2024.
Online voting will begin at 10:00:00 AM (Central Time) on Saturday, September 21, 2024 and end at 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Monday, October 14, 2024.
Winners will be announced Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
