Prizes

• The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entrants that get the most votes.
• The top winner will win the coveted cover photo for the 2026 calendar! 
• Only one pet per entry photo. If you have two pets they will each need a separate photo and entry fee.
• The top 12 vote getters will have their pet professionally photographed by Paws Fur Joy Photography for the 2026 calendar.
• The top 4 vote getters will also receive a signature pet portrait certificate to use at any time. This includes a 45 minute portrait session and 2 8x10 matted prints.
• All winners will have the opportunity to purchase products and images following their session, if desired.

*If your pet is one of the 12 to be photographed for the calendar, you must be able to bring your pet to meet Abby Mook Moreno of Paws Fur Joy Photography at a pre-selected location and dates in the Triangle area during June 2025 through June August 2025 for a professional on location photo session. If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions. You will receive the digital file of the image selected by the photographer. Winners may purchase the calendar separately.


One pet each week who receives the highest number of new votes for a particular week will win a mini-contest prize from one of the participating businesses. In the event of a tie for that week's most votes or if there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized drawing will be held for all eligible pets. The mini-contest prize will be announced at the beginning of the week.
