A little about me...
I rescued Jasper from PAC 8 years ago. I must of visited and played with him on 3-4 occasions. I even took videos of us playing outside. Yet it wasn’t even in my mind to adopt him. But, after a month, I was shocked to see he was still available. That’s when I rescued him. I picked him up at one of their doggie daycare places because he was having some behavioral issues. When you look at that face, he sure looks like he was just caught being bad. Lol. A couple months later, my other chihuahua, Versace’ passed suddenly. I believe Jasper was meant to be in my life to help me get through that very hard time.
