When I adopted Shadow from the Potter League, he was clearly traumatized, and had been surrendered twice. No one could pet him, but he had the saddest eyes, and I knew that there was so much good in him.
A year later, he is like a little celebrity and comes with me everywhere and anyone that meets him falls in love! He is a perfect little gentleman, and he has been the greatest gift that I could imagine!

He is quite vocal and has me very well trained. He will “call me” from another room if I am out of sight for more than five minutes and he is so comical because he is so predictable. You could set your clock to his eating schedule, and he has quite the vocabulary.

It seems when I tell him I am leaving for school, he immediately runs up the stairs and goes on my bed, and when I come home, whether it’s from a full day or two hours, he is ecstatic! He makes my heart smile. I am so grateful that I found him! So many thanks to the Potter League!
