Alice the Basset Hound is a master manipulator. With her short legs, droopy eyes and absurdly long ears, she rules the household.

Twice daily, she performs "The Spin” one full circle, then another, ending with a dramatic wobble, as if she might faint from hunger. It has worked every time.

Despite her enormous ears, Alice has selective hearing. She can detect the treat jar opening from across the house but rarely responds to her name.

Her biggest talent thus far, is wrapping her parents around each of her four paws and teaching her two sisters the same.
