Pet’s rescue story in 500 words or less
We adopted Roscoe in May of 2014 about 5 months after we had to put our other Saint down. That was a devasting day, however, we found Roscoe after going through the Saint Bernard rescue. He was a result of a divorce and they didn’t want him. We had our eyes on another Saint, but he had anger issues and was not able to be adopted. The rescue called us and told us that there was a Saint that was going into the system and did we want to look at him before he did. We drove to Towson, MD and fell in love with him. He was being fostered by an older couple and they wanted to make sure he went to a good home. We had everything that was needed, so they packed us a lunch and tearfully sent us on our way.

Roscoe has given us much love and has grown to be a loving, handsome gentlemen. Everyone in the neighborhood loves him, including the delivery people. He loves all people and animals. Currently, in his older years, he enjoys sitting outside watching the world go by.
