We found Happy at the Home & Garden show in 2019 after Polka Dogz rescued him & started his road to recovery. That trip changed our lives. We fell in love with him & him with us. He has added more to our lives than we could have ever imagined. He is sweet & snarky & the toughest dog on 2 legs with no teeth you’ve ever met. Everywhere we take him people say he looks so happy & we say well, that’s his name. He just makes people smile as he prances around in his wheelchair. We couldn’t imagine our lives with our Happy Boy. Thank you Polka Dogz for saving his life, because you truly did.
