When my daughter was 7 years old, we found Sophie on Petfinder and my husband flew to Louisville, Kentucky to meet her foster mother at the airport and bring her back to Orlando. She was around 6-months old at the time and the rescue told us she was a terrier mix. After doing a DNA test, we were surprised to learn she's 75% chihuahua and 25% basset hound! Sophie is my BEST FRIEND.
