Sophia is a 2020 Polka Dogz alumni. She was surrendered at 1 year old because her owners wanted to have her euthanized due to her constantly "escaping the backyard" where she had spent most of her life tethered. It was evident by the scar around her neck that she had a rough 1st year. She had even already had a litter! She was so fearful of people and dogs and I immediately fell in love with her when she came to Polka Dogz. She has come such a long way and I know in my heart that we were meant to find and save each other. She is 100% my soul dog.
