Emmett, a scrappy three-legged pup, blew into our lives seven years ago, courtesy of a Texan hurricane. Turns out, what Emmett lacked in legs, he made up for in personality. He hops around the house like a caffeinated bunny, chasing squirrels with surprising speed and barking at the UPS truck with the ferocity of a Doberman. He loves everything - waking up, going to bed, walks, baths - you name it and his tail is wagging! He is an avid talker and will "politely" ask when he needs help getting on the couch or wants treats/rubs. Despite his quirks, Emmett fills our home with laughter, reminding us daily to have a positive attitude, and that happiness comes in all shapes and sizes, even three-legged ones.
