Rules

Eligibility

Baby in photo must be between ages 0-6 years old.
Baby must be a resident of Pioneer's Readership Area.
Entrant must be 18 years of age or older and a Parent or Legal Guardian of Baby.
Entry fee is $15.
The baby must be the primary focus in the photo.
The baby must be covered, in at least a diaper (no naked babies).
Watermarked photos will NOT be accepted. Entrant must have rights to use photo in contest.
Limit of one entry per baby.
Limit of one baby per photo.

Photos submitted to Pioneer's Cutest Baby Photo Contest that do not meet Eligibility Requirements will be disqualified with no refund of entrance fee or votes received.

Voting

The photo with the most votes at the end of the contest will be declared the winning photo.
$1 = 1 Vote.
1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place photos will be determined by most votes received.
Pioneer Judges will determine "Best Eyes" and "Best Smile".
Winners of the Pioneer's Cutest Baby Photo Contest will be contacted by email and phone.
Winners need not be present to win.
