Louie was found roaming the streets of the South Bay on New Years Day after what was very likely a frightening previous night of fireworks that we assume drove him from wherever he came. His previous life is a mystery. He was fortunately brought to the PHS and fostered by a family who cared for him until we saw his precious face on the PHS website for adoption. They named him Louie. He came home with us and has since been King Louie with a loving family of a sister puppy from SPCA, and two cats sisters from SPCA and PHS.
