We adopted Al Capone from the Pasadena Humane Society 7 years ago when we lived in SoCal. We went in thinking we wanted a Jack Russell but across the way in the kennels was Al Capone jumping up and down. My wife (in this picture) immediately knew he was the one. I was the unsure one in that moment but clearly I was wrong. The picture captures their bond.
