Mr. Sweet Face here is such a love! I adopted Philly from the SPCA in 2010 as a 6 month old pup. The last 8 years we have done so much together! Philly LOVES walks and to run! He adores his dog friends as well as people! I know it was meant to be because he is such a good boy! I would like to add that he has never had an accident! Vote for Philly! He sure is silly!
