Phoebe Martinez joined her forever home 3 years ago when she realized her Animal Control Officer daddy couldn't say no to taking her home. Since then her family has grown, and she now has a mommy, a feline friend, and a pug sis, and looks forward to a good sprint on a big green yard. She's part dog, part mountain goat (she LOVES to climb and perch to any place she can jump to) and though she's not sure where she came from, she's 100% sure she knows she's where she belongs. Here she is dog-tired from making so many new friends at the Foster City Dog Park.
