Rules

Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from Kitsap Humane Society or live in Kitsap County to be eligible to enter the Contest
Photos may contain more than one pet but can only contain companion pets (dogs, cats, horses, small mammals, reptiles, and birds). No people or wildlife.
Photos must be full-color, no heavily filtered, edited, or altered photos
Photos should be landscape (horizontal) orientation
Ideally, photos should be high resolution (300 dpi), a minimum file size of 4 mb, and in a standard file format (.jpeg, .tiffs, or .psd). Please note that some phone photos do not meet these standards. If your pet wins a spot in the 2022 KHS Calendar, but your photo is not high enough quality, we will ask you for a new photo which must be provided by October 29, 2021 to meet the calendar printing deadlines.
Photos with professional photographer watermarks will not be eligible to be included in the calendar
Photos deemed offensive, indecent, or obscene will be removed from the Contest
All online photo entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. PDT on June 26, 2021
By entering the Contest, you agree to allow Kitsap Humane Society to use your photo(s) for marketing purposes
