Mandy has been in the calendar before, so she is no stranger to the pressure. She was rescued from a kill shelter in North Carolina winding up in Old Town Alexandria which is about as opposing a fate as one can imagine. She is sweet, loves people and has become very social around other dogs. She has come a long way and we are happy to have you view her again this year.
