Contest Entry

Each entry is a $15 tax deductible donation
Multiple entries are encouraged
If your pet wins a top 12 calendar space, your category prize is given to the next in line of that category
Online entries must be submitted before June 30, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. EDT
Mail-in or in-person entry fees and vote fees must be received by 8:00 a.m. EDT on June 30, 2019, at the Pets Alive office (2444 S Walnut St)

Photo Restrictions

Only photos of cat and dogs are accepted
Your photo may contain more than one pet
People are not allowed in your photo, only pets
We cannot accept hard copies of photos, photos with digital overlays, photo stickers or doodles, or any copyrighted or professional photos
Photos must be high resolution (3650 pixels x 2740 pixels is preferred for printing purposes). Generally, photos taken with mobile phones are not high-enough resolution.
Once entered, photos become the property of Pets Alive to be used for print and marketing purposes
