Casper lived in a shelter for quite a while until we adopted him at six years old. Casper has overcome many obstacles in his life, from stomach ulcers, anxiety, and arthritis. Now, Casper is still thriving at his old age of 13. He still acts young, loving to go to the dog park and play with all of his toys. He can jump high, run fast, and dazzles everyone with his different colored eyes.
