This is Wally. His distinctive looks include freckles, a mustache, and bowed “arms.” Wally is an elevation enthusiast, gleefully climbing on people without invitation. His other charms include wagging his tail while sleeping, burying toys in couch cushions, and spying on the next-door neighbors by standing on a table on the deck. Wally is a rescue.
