Our Jack Russell "Jackie" came into our lives 8 years ago when a family memeber moving out could not take her with them. We took her in knowing little about the breed and how energetic she would be. We have 3 kids, which also were full of energy so luckily Jackie fit well into our family. We always wanted to adopt a second dog but Jackie was not having it. Until the day we learned about Brodee the Yorkie. Neglected by his previous owners, a friend took him in. Even though when we first saw him he was matted, thin and scared we felt he was the one. Surprisingly Jackie liked Brodee! Immediately they played and chased eachother in the yard. Jackie loves her new little brother. Now they are inseperable! Life is better together as a family of 7.
