How does this photo represent the theme – Life is Better Together?
These two best buddies give a new meaning to friendship. Ellie, our 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog protects her older, but smaller brother, 3-year-old Mishmael whenever there is a loud sound or other outside distraction. They have learned to play together perfectly and keep each other entertained (and in shape!). They are so loyal to one another, and to their humans; it has truly taught me what friendship should be like.

In this photo, Ellie and Mishmael are enjoying one of their favorite activities together, bird watching. We live next to conservation land, and when the weather is nice you can be sure that you will catch them scoping out the wildlife! And because they are both rescue pets, their appreciation for life and for each other shows through everything they do. Don't shop, adopt!
