McKinley, the male, cream colored cat is 3 years older than Kiana, the black and white and is double her weight. McKinley follows Kiana around but at a distance. He seems to want to know where she is at all times but doesn't care to interact. He can usually be found in the same place as she, but at the opposite side of the room. He rarely shows affection to her (or us, for that matter), so this was a BIG moment....finding them cuddled together on our bed. We believe he truly "loves" her, he just doesn't often show it. I don't know what he would do without her in his life....his life would be empty. Life is clearly better together.
