Annie is blind. Her brother Ash is blind and deaf. They are as bonded as two dogs can be. Found together as strays, they ended up at the county shelter at risk of being euthanized. We saw them on Christmas Eve and fell in love. It was time for a Christmas miracle so they made their way to Mayday. They are opposites in personality. Annie is high strung, energetic, anxious and bold. Ash is the sweetest, most mellow boy. Annie is Ash's guide and protector. They literally could not function well without each other so we will never separate this loving pair. Their world may be dark but they see love and they are bright lights in our lives.
