How does this photo represent the theme – Life is Better Together?
After spending her first months with a broken leg, my family was able to adopt Penny. In time her leg healed and she can now enjoy family time. This photo was taken at our annual Halloween party, where Penny dressed as a cowgirl. In fact, she and her adoptive "mom" wore the same outfit!
