This photo captures a moment between two bonded bunnies that will always be there for one other. The day we adopted Emilee from the House Rabbit Society was the day she and our first rabbit, Nugget, gained a best friend. Having lived in a shelter for most of her life, Emilee had to learn how to be a house rabbit from her new friend. They bonded rather quickly and have been inseparable ever since. Everywhere he goes, she is sure to be following behind. They turn to each other for comfort during stressful times, groom each other in places one can't reach, snuggle up together when napping for security, and keep each other company when we are not home. Life is truly better when these two are together.
