Brix came into our rescue from a shelter as a surrender. His owner went on vacation and left Brix (not his original name) with friends, the owner never came back. the friends couldn't handle such a big dog so they took him to a shelter. He then came to us, with many issues. He is learning to be touched with loving hands. And he is also learning to trust strangers. Brix recently had hip surgery and is recovering from that. In the photo Brix has a torn up Kong toy that he likes to play with together with a tennis ball to bat around. Life is good for Brix now.
