Jasper was one of many dogs that lived in a rabbit hutch and was used as a breeder. When we first got him his coat was very matted and tangled. Due to the condtion of the dogs of how they lived Jasper was very reserved and didn't like human the human touch. He is now living in North Padre Island and living a life he has never had. Jasper is very much loved and even though he is still reserved of human touch you can see in his eyes he wants to be loved and give love.
