At 1 point I had 4 pure breed Maine Coons. After years of waiting until I could afford to get another cat, I decided I'd been catless for too long and missed the joy they brought to my life. Having learned how many cats there were just waiting to be adopted, I decided I wanted to rescue. That is when my beautiful Reilly came into my life, followed in short time by Kaelin, Kassidy and Khaleesi. They bring happiness, peace, contentment, not to mention entertainment into my life. Not only that but I am now a volunteer for the rescue I got them from, Bourbon County Rescue The common goal we all share of saving cats and dogs from the high kill shelters in KY and finding them homes has turned us into a family. My rescue family. We are hoping to raise funds to help cover the medical bill for Weebit, the sweetest little 1 1/2 pound Chihuahua girl. She needed to be hospitalized but is doing fine now and waiting to be adopted.
