How does this photo represent the theme – Life is Better Together?
Spending 4.5 years being "tested" on, knowing the next human touch would hurt, never seeing the outside of the lab or feeling the grass beneath her paws. This was the life Ginger was born into as well as so many other beagles whom are the prime choice for these awful tests. This photo was taken within hours of being free and within hours of seeing the outside of the her cage for the first time in her life (4.5 years). She never felt love, nor was shown love until now. In this photo she finally allowed her daddy to pet her for the very first time. She now feels the love and is shown love daily & she also shows us that she can forget the hurt in her past to enjoy the amazing life she is given now. She is one amazing little girl and with a very strong soul.
