How does this photo represent the theme – Life is Better Together?A Rabbit Wrangler volunteer stopped at a pet store and noticed that this beautiful little bunny was being neglected. She purchased the bunny to rescue him from further peril. Leo suffered from overgrown teeth, which causes lots of health issues for bunnies. Rabbit Wranglers took him in and brought him back to health. Extracting his front teeth was the best thing for Leo and that makes him extra special-- he gives the best bunny kisses! Once he was ready for adoption, Leo came home with us and quickly became the baby of our family!
Maxwell was living with a woman who meant well... She thought she was helping bunnies., but in reality was unable to care for the number of them in her care. Maxwell was neglected and had many health issues when the woman's daughter recognized the peril he was in and called for a rescue. Again, Rabbit Wranglers took this sickly rabbit and nursed him back to health.... It's what they do best!! When Maxwell was healthy enough to adopt, we brought him home. At first, Leo did not know what to make of this new little puffy fuzzball. It took only about 2 weeks for these two bunnies to become the best of friends... Inseparable! They have similar histories.... Neglectful owners... But now they are healthy and they give us so much more than we can ever give to them! Leo and Maxwell -- the power of togetherness!
