Sven and Aura were littermates from different litters - same mom, born six months apart. Sven, the last of his litter to be adopted, was so sweet and affectionate. He would cuddle and play with the other kittens In the rescue shelter. Sven seemed to be the surrogate big brother, as he would ease the new kitten arrivals anxiety when they were first brought into the program by snuggling and licking them and always protected the little ones. When Sven was adopted when he was 5 months old, his family knew he would be a great match to their other older kitty in the household. A few months later, Aura, were brought into the rescue program. It was quite evident they were siblings as they had the same markings and same sweet temperament. Aura was adopted into the "Sven" household, and the two have been inseparable ever since! Sven still acts like the proud big brother, and Aura depends on him for...everything! Happy lives, happy home, and the power of being together.
